Pedro wants to be the PRESIDENT of SPAIN but hasn't enough votes.
For that, Pedro need to encounter with Pablo and have many negotitation meetings to obtain his support. The problem is that Pablo hasn't a clear position in his policy and also in the Parlament. Use cursos to move Pedro around de Parlament to encounter Pablo. If you find Pablo in time, state negotiations will happen and you will pass to the next level.
When time is out, without find Pablo, then is game over. Avoid touching to Mariano who will obstruct the negotiation taking you to a alley without exit.
A 'wine' alley, and then game over.
Mariano has also the power of multiply his presence! Yeeeah!
How many negotiations/levels would you be capable to reach? Will you have enough to get Pablo supports and obtain the PRESIDENCY.
